Aster MIMS Kozhikode has added another feather to its cap with the NABH Quality recognition for its Emergency Department.Announced three months ago, the Emergency Department accreditation is a new addition by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers, and hospitals are expected to meet 254 different quality standards before they are accredited. After a rigorous inspection process, Aster MIMS was granted this certification, making them one of the two Indian institutions to be thus recognized. The other one is Aster Medcity, in Kochi.

The NABH is a constituent board of Quality Council of India (QCI), set up to establish and operate accreditationprogramme for healthcare organizations. NABH accreditation is a public recognition of the achievement of accreditation standards.The said accreditation is valid for a two-year period.Back To Events
