Fundus Fluorescein Angiography (FFA)

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

Optical Coherence Tomography is a noninvasive imaging test that uses light waves to take cross-section pictures of the retina, the light-sensitive tissue lining the back of the eye. With OCT, each of the retina’s distinctive layers can be seen, allowing the ophthalmologist to map and measure their thickness. These measurements help in diagnosis and provide treatment guidance for glaucoma and retinal diseases, such as age-related macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease.

Pentacam

Pentacam is used to image the cornea. It uses two cameras, one for detection and measurement of the pupil, which helps in orientation and fixation while the second one is used for visualization of the anterior segment. It can visualize anterior and posterior surface topography, including curvature, tangential, and axial maps. Pentacam enables high resolution of the entire cornea, including the center of the cornea. It has ability to calculate pachymetry from limbus to limbus. It can also provide corneal wavefront analysis to detect higher-order aberrations.
